KPG has exciting opportunities in the area of Program Management.  We are seeking  individuals with experience in the Program and Project Management. Experience in the public sector or government is desirable. 

Position Profile

bulletOpportunity requires 10-15 years of technical and business experience which applies to managing programs, projects, and initiatives.  Requires competency in financial management, budgeting, and an understanding of systems development. This individual manages all project activity within a client or area, and all Task Order/Project Managers at a site fall under this function.  Finally, this individual is responsible for building and maintaining relationships at a sponsor level.
bulletDirects all financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and financial reporting

Technical Skills and Tools 

Experience with MS Project 2000, SDLC Methodologies,  Primavera, Needs Analysis, Capabilities Maturity Model, Process and Data Modeling, 

Education

Technical Bachelor's Degree, Project Management Certification and Advanced Degree (MS or MBA) is desired.
